29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a). Jobsite, 412 Maple Avenue, Swissvale PA 15218. On or about March 28, 2025, employees working on a flat roof on a residential home were not protected from falling. One employee was observed on the flat roof without the use of an adequate fall protection safety device. The employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet to the ground below.
