At a worksite located at 5418 Rockhill Rd, MO 64110, employees were exposed to fall hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to work from a scaffold platform on which each platform unit was not installed so that the space between adjacent units and the space between the platform and the uprights was no more than 1 inch wide.
