29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   (a)Jay & C Construction, LLC at 1120 Crystal Ridge Road, Brookings, SD 57006: On and about and at times prior to March 16, 2025, the exposing employer did not ensure employees installing bracing and preparing for floor sheathing on the third level floor trusses utilized appropriate means of fall protection to reduce exposure to fall hazards. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.   (b)Jay & C Construction, LLC at 1120 Crystal Ridge Road, Brookings, SD 57006: On and about and at times prior to March 16, 2025, the exposing employer did not ensure employees performing work on the north side of the second level were protected from fall hazards when working in hoist areas in that appropriate means of fall protection were not utilized when hoisting activities were not being performed. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
