(a) On or about April 16, 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees installing drip edges on a two-story residential property with a 8:12 pitch were protected from falling to the lower level, exposing employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 15 feet to the ground below.

(a) On or about April 16, 2025, the employer did not ensure that ladders used to access and egress the two-story residential property with a 8:12 pitch were extended at least three feet above the upper landing or secured to prevent displacement when used. Exposing employees to a fall hazard of up to 14.5 feet to the ground below.
