29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  a) New residential construction, Lot #17 at 4020 Brushy St. Powder Springs Ga. 30127 Roof: On or about 04/10/2025 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 10+ feet above the lower ground level, in that, a fall protection system was not utilized by employees engaged in siding activities on a pitched roof.
