29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   a) On April  9, 2025, at 1380 West 15th Street, Riviera Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to caught-between, pinch point and amputation hazards when having to manually retrieve and flip a 4 oz. container from an in-house fabricated metal railing "tub" that was placed at the end of an unguarded flex conveyor belt (Intralox) as part of the packing process of line "A".
