29 CFR  1926.451(b)(1):Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):  On or about 4/18/2025, at the jobsite located at 101 Dory Rd, North Palm Beach, FL 33408, employees were exposed to a 6.7-foot fall hazard while working from a scaffold that was not fully planked.

29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings were not level, sound, rigid and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement:  On or about 4/18/2025, at the jobsite located at 101 Dory Rd, North Palm Beach, FL 33408, employees were exposed to a 6.7-foot fall hazard while working from a scaffold which was stabilized by placing a wood piece under a leg of an end frame.
