29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 522 Union Avenue, Belleville, NJ  Employees engaged in residential construction activities were installing framing on a residential building at a height of approximately 30 feet without any means of fall protection.  Extreme Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1751094, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as final order on 01-03-2025.  Violation observed 04/21/2025
