At the worksite, located at 14266 Saw Mill St Parrish, Fl 34219; On or about 4/22/25, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that eye protection was not provided for employees using pneumatic nail guns to frame and install trusses on  a residential home.

At the worksite, located at 14266 Saw Mill St Parrish, Fl 34219; On or about 4/22/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9ft in that a fall protection system was not provided for employees conducting framing and truss operations on the front side of a residential home.  b.) At the worksite, located at 14266 Saw Mill St Parrish, Fl 34219; On or about 4/22/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10ft and 12ft, in that a fall protection system was not provided for employees conducting framing and truss operations on the back side a residential home.
