29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage.  DECA, Warehouse, Bldg. 1025: On or about April 21st, 2025, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure a clearance of at least 3 feet in front of the electrical panel. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical and/or fire hazard(s).  Notice 1, Item 1, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to ensure a clearance of at least 3 feet in front of the electrical panel. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on October 8, 2024, Inspection 1780247, November 29, 2024 of final order, and means of abatement.
