29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) For the construction site at 31194 Pendleton Landing Circle, Wesley Chapel, FL, on or about 04/30/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet and 2 inches while working/standing on top of a block wall performing framing work.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) For the construction site at 31194 Pendleton Landing Circle, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545, on or about 04/30/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, employees were working at a height of approximately 10 feet and 2 inches without fall protection and were not trained to recognize fall hazards. Employees were also wearing their harness in too loose a condition.

A wood beam protruded approximately half the width of the ladder at the top access area of the ladder.
