29 CFR  1910.178(q)(7):Industrial trucks were being placed in services after the examination showed condition(s) adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle:  At the jobsite located at 314 East 1st Street, Mountain Grove, MO 65711: Employees were exposed to crushing hazards while operating a power industrial truck with an inoperable horn and seatbelt. The power industrial truck was not taken out of service after the deficiencies were found during the daily inspections.
