29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   At the residential construction worksite located at 904/906 SW 15th Street in Blue Springs, Missouri 64015, on or about 5/1/2025:  Employees were exposed to, but not limited to, chemicals associated with the re-roofing of a single family home. Employees engaged in the re-roofing work were using chemicals such as fuels and nail glue,  which can have adverse health effects such as skin and eye irritation as well as possible organ damage.  The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the residential worksite located at 904/906 SW 15th Street in Blue Springs, Missouri 64015: Employees were exposed to falls while re-roofing a duplex home. The employer exposed the employees to falls by allowing them to perform roofing work at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection.
