On or about April 28, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in roofing activities were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately eighteen (18) feet, above the ground, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  b.  On or about April 28, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in roofing activities were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately eighteen (18) feet six (6) inches above the ground, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
