29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a) Warehouse - On May 6, 2025, the employer did not ensure that all exit doors were kept free and unobstructed. The emergency exit routes and exit doors in the warehouse area were obstructed on the inside by pallets with home appliances, home furniture and bicycle parts.   No abatement certification is required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:  a) Warehouse - On May 6, 2025, the employer did not ensure that pallets with home appliances including but not limited to refrigerators were stacked in a safe and stable manner exposing employees to struck hazards from falling merchandise.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
