29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a.) At the worksite, located at 1302-1304 Valley Grove Dr Seffner, Fl 33584; On or about 5/6/25, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that, eye protection was not provided for employees conducting roofing operations on a residential home  while using circular saws and pneumatic nail guns.
