29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section. a) Jobsite: 970 N. Delaware Ave. Philadelphia, PA - On or about May 7th, 2025, the employer did not ensure an employee performing residential construction was protected from falls by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The employee was conducting framing activities from the top frame of a 6 story building without the use of fall protection, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
