1910.95(m)(1)  "Exposure measurements." The employer shall maintain an accurate record of all employee exposure measurements required by paragraph (d) of this section. 29 CFR  1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program.  a) USS Manchester, Flight Deck: Employees operating the pneumatic needle guns were exposed to 775.9% of the action level of 85 (8-hour time weighted average) or an equivalent sound level of 104.7 dBA during the sampling on May 8th, 2025. There was no noise monitoring conducted, which potentially exposed employees to noise hazards.  b) USS Manchester, Flight Deck: Employees operating the pneumatic needle guns were exposed to 548.6% of the action level of 85 (8-hour time weighted average) or an equivalent sound level of 102.2 dBA during the sampling on May 8th, 2025. There was no noise monitoring conducted, which potentially exposed employees to noise hazards.  c) USS Manchester, Flight Deck: Employees operating the pneumatic needle guns were exposed to 316.5% of the action level of 85 (8-hour time weighted average) or an equivalent sound level of 98.3 dBA during the sampling on May 8th, 2025. There was no noise monitoring conducted, which potentially exposed employees to noise hazards.
