Employee was exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet.

29 CFR  1926.503(c)(3): When the employer has reason to believe that any affected employee who has already been trained does not  have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer shall retrain each such employee.    a) On or about 05/13/2025 at the site located at 605 Walnut Ave, Syracuse, NY 13210: An employee using a Genie Boom Lift Serial # #56010-21134 without the use of fall protection was not retrained to ensure the employee understood the requirements or skill. Employee was exposed to a fall greater than 6 feet.
