29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): A program was not provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent person:  a) 607 California Avenue, Avalon, PA: On or about May 12, 2025 the employer did not ensure a system of hazard identification and corrective actions was implemented at the site. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, failing to use fall protection while working at heights and not using head protection where items above could fall onto employees below.
