29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  Location: 1021 Pleasant Street, Brockton, MA   On or about May 15, 2025 employees were exposed to various hazards, where frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  Instances:  1. Employee working on roof, without being tide-off to an appropriate anchor point. 2. Employees not trained in using respirator, as employer let program lapse. 3. Employees with overhead work, not wearing hard hats and safety glasses. 4. Employees using table saw with no guard.
