29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) On May 8 2025, the employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces in Bay 1 North, where employees utilized an overhead crane to move products, were kept in a clean and orderly condition, therefore employees were exposed to caught-between hazards due to the excess stock and pallet material in the path of the employees while loading sheet metal onto trucks for shipment.

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1):(1) Walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition; a) On or about May 8, 2025, the employer did not ensure that the walking-working surfaces in Bay 1 North where employees utilized an overhead crane to move sheet metal for shipment, were being regular inspected, and being maintained in a safe condition in that the working area was stacked with excess product, machinery and wood material exposing employees to a tripping and caught between hazard.

29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(i): Handline the load - Moving the load. The load shall be well secured and properly balanced in the sling or lifting device before it is lifted more than a few inches. a) On or before May 8, 2025, the employer did not ensure that sheets of metal being moved by employees utilizing a 10-ton Crane (Toledo Crane & Bridge 1900) (Ser. 8064)with a sheet lifter (Burro Crane Co. Ser. # 7807) attachment were properly secured and balanced, in that a load of sheet metal fell out of the lifter striking an employee.
