29 CFR  1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye.  On or about February 25, 2025, and times there after, the employer did not report a workplace incident that resulted in the in-patient hospitalization of an employee with the 24-hour reporting time frame upon learning about the hospitalization.
