29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section.   a) Workplace, Production Area - The employer did not have specific energy control procedures that contain clear and specific steps for the shut down, isolation and securing of machines such as, but not limited to an Quanzhou Xinyi Automatic Two-Line T-Shirt Bag Making Machine, Model BXD-S-Q-500*2; on or about 5/19/25.    Note:  In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees:  a) Workplace, Production Area -The employees were performing servicing  on an  Quanzhou Xinyi Automatic Two-Line T-Shirt Bag Making Machine, Model BXD-S-Q-500*2 without having received adequate instruction on the safe application, usage, and removal of the electrical and mechanical energy controls;2; on or about 5/19/25.   Note:  In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
