29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition(s) and the regulation(s) applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury: On or about May 23, 2025, the employer did not instruct employees in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions at the work site while they were working near energized powerlines. This exposed employees to electrical hazards while performing residential framing activities. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): No employer shall permit an employee to work in such proximity to any part of an electric power circuit that the employee could contact the electric power circuit in the course of work, unless the employee is protected against electric shock by deenergizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means. On or about May 23, 2025 , The employer did not ensure employee(s) working in such proximity to any part of an electric power circuit that the employee could contact the electric power circuit in the course of work was protected as required. Employees framed a second level addition near the non insulated power lines.
