29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a) Chemical Central Supply System (CCSS) Cell Building; Hanwa Q Cells Site: On or about May 19, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards related to nitrogen gas and oxygen-deficient atmospheres, in that training on the hazards of nitrogen and safe work practices was not provided to employees who were performing nitrogen purging operations and accessing the top of chemical tanks to retrieve materials.
