29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  a) Loading dock: On or about May 27, 2025, employees working or walking on the loading dock were exposed to a fall hazard of over four (4) feet high to the lower level due to an unprotected side or edge of the loading dock.  Corrected during inspection.

29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1):Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  a) 189 East Tressler Blvd, Lewisburg, PA 17837: On or about May 27, 2025, employees were unable to exit the doors without special knowledge, potentially exposing themselves to multiple hazards such as but not limited to workplace violence, fire, smoke inhalation, etc.  Abatement certification required.
