29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1):All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  On or about May 28, 2025, at the workplace located at 1500 E 27th Terrace Pittsburg Kansas, employees were exposed to trip hazards in  that the employer did not ensure the the work surface was kept in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. Extension cords were on the floor and in employees passageway.

29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  -(Using conduit boxes as pendants)(220 v )(Wood shop machines in production area) -Conduit boxes being used to plug in shop equipment attached with cord and plug connections.  At the production area, on or about May 28, 2025, at the workplace  located at 1500 E 27th Terrace Pittsburg, Kansas, employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that fans were plugged into extension cords.
