29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2):Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 ppm. a.)PM Solutions Inc./2676 US 130, Cranbury, NJ, 08512/ An employee in an enclosed box truck was exposed to high levels of carbon monoxide due to exhaust generated from a running gasoline powered welder. The employees CO was 72% saturation and the carbon monoxide exposure level was determined to be 846.3 ppm as an 8-Hour Time Weighted Average (TWA), 16 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit of 50 ppm. Condition noted on or about 05/23/2025.
