29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket:  a) 2915 10th Ave South, Great Falls, MT:  On or about May 27, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet to the ground below while conducting framing activities from a Genie Z-34/22 Aerial Lift while standing on the railing of the basket to gain height to the working location.

29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a)  2915 10th Ave South, Great Falls, MT:  On or about May 27, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards while conducting framing operations using a Genie Z-34/22 Aerial Lift at heights of approximately 19 feet to the ground below without fall protection.
