29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(i):Maintenance and operating practices did not control leakage and prevent accidental escape of flammable liquids: a) ALTA Performance Materials located at or near 2801 Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA- Third Floor Mixing Area - On or about June 2, 2025, the employer did not ensure control leakage and prevent the accidental escape of flammable liquids. Drums containing chemicals including, but not limited to Cobalt Naphthenate 6%, TBC-Methanol 85%/15%, Neutral Solution B were not maintained to control leakage and prevent accidental escape of flammable liquids, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.
