29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  Worksite: 2 Rawlings Drive, Melville, NY 11747.  On or about 06/02/2025, Employees were installing siding on a residential home while working on the roof, approximately 14ft above the ground. The employees were not protected by a means of fall protection and were exposed to falling to the ground below.   Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
