29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):Programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  At 3620 Av De Paris, Florissant, MO, 63034, on June 3, 2025, employees were exposed to hazards associated with reroofing a residential structure, such as lack of PFAS, ladder issues and eye protection.  The general contractor was at the location at the time of the inspection and did not make immediate corrections.
