29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) New construction located on Lot #1 at 4079 Ridge Road Buford, GA 30518: On or about 06/02/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees using these tools at 120 PSI while engaged in framing activities.  b) New construction located on Lot #1 at 4079 Ridge Road Buford, GA 30518: On or about 06/02/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating circular saws and reciprocating saws, in that protective eyewear was provided but not used while engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) New construction located on Lot #1 at 4079 Ridge Road Buford, GA, 30518: Second floor top plate: On or about 06/02/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 20-feet, 6-inches to the lower concrete surface, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing operations.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where (a) portable ladder(s) was/were used for access to an upper level landing surface and the ladder's length did not allow the ladder side rails to extend at least 3 feet (0.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed, the ladder was not secured at its top to a rigid support that will not deflect, and/or a grasping device was not provided to assist employees in mounting and dismounting the ladder.    a) New construction located on Lot #1 at 4079 Ridge Road Buford, GA 30158: On or about 06/02/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 10-feet while accessing/egressing the top plate area from the second floor, in that a 6-foot step ladder was used and did not extend the required 3 feet above the landing .
