29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  On or about June 26, 2024, at a newly constructed commercial building, employees were installing metal trimming to the exterior of the building from the basket of a Genie  aerial lift without a body belt with lanyard connected to an anchorage point on the boom or basket of the lift.
