29 CFR  1910.132(d)(1)(i):When the employer had assessed the workplace hazard(s) and determined that hazard(s) were present, the employer did not select and/or use the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee:  a) Cure Press; Phase 3 Pit Area: On or about 6/5/25, and times prior, the employees were exposed to burn hazards in that the employer did not  provide personal protective equipment such as but not limited to boots that would prevent burns from hot water encountered while performing maintenance activities.

Cure Press; Phase 3 Pit Area: On or about 6/5/25, and times prior, the employees were exposed to burn hazards in that the employer did not place tags to warn employees of hot water in the pit area when hot water accumulated as a result of a malfunctioning sump pump while employees were trouble shooting the equipment.
