On or around June 9, 2025, Dream Builders & Architects LLC, located at 2327 Gravois Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri, built a scaffold that was higher than 10 feet and not properly planked, thus improperly erected. The platforms were not nailed together or otherwise restrained to prevent movement.

29 CFR  1926.451(b)(8):  At all points of a scaffold where the platform changes direction, such as turning a corner, any platform that rests on a bearer at an angle other than a right angle shall be laid first, and platforms which rest at right angles over the same bearer shall be laid second, on top of the first platform.  On or around June 9, 2025, Dream Builders & Architects LLC, located at 2327 Gravois Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri, built a scaffold that was higher than 10 feet and not properly planked, thus improperly erected. The scaffold that was built on a right angel (on the corner of the building) did not have the platforms rest at right angles over the same bearer  being laid second, on top of the first platform.

29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  On or around June 9, 2025, Dream Builders & Architects LLC, located at 2327 Gravois Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri, exposed workers to fall hazards from a scaffold that was higher than 10 feet with no fall protection such as PAS (harnesses) or netting at the jobsite.
