29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  On or about June 10, 2025, electrical service panels were not readily accessible as follows:  a. At the receiving area.  A wood pallet of roasted and ground coffee boxes was placed in-front of an electrical panel.   b. At the receiving area. Two 10-feet ladders, one 6-feet ladder and cable raceways were stored in-front of two electrical panels.   NOTE 1: Kmart was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1670419, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12-11-2023, with respect to a workplace located at Kmart #3829, Tutu Park Shopping Mall, 26-A Tutu Park Mall, St. Thomas, VI.  NOTE 2:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer within 24 hours of the inspection.
