OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to crushing hazards while operating an all-terrain vehicle without a wearing a seat belt:  Porter Brook Road, Upper Cupsuptic, Maine -On or about June 8, 2025, an employee sustained broken bones, while operating a Polaris Ranger 500 EFI all-terrain vehicle that rolled over.
