On or about June 11, 2025, all places of employment were not kept in a clean and orderly condition by the employer:  a. At the base of the stockroom stairway. There was a measurement of 20 inches wide along the exit access due to the storage of boxes, flavored water and 62 oz juice on cardboard trays which reduced the exit path.  b. At the top of the stockroom stairway. There was a measurement of 23 inches wide along the exit access due to the storage of merchandise boxes which reduced the exit path.  c. At the upper-level stockroom towards the exit door.  Two wood crates with numerous merchandise cardboard boxes blocked the path to the exit door.   NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
