Joy Baking Group dba Joy Cone Company -  The company did not complete Column F of the OSHA 300 Injury and Illness form with the information required by the regulation.  The injury was not recorded on Case 25-21 which occurred on 3/26/25 for Calendar Year 2025.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement
