29 CFR  1926.1427(d)(1)(i):  The crane operator testing organization was not accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency based on that agency's determination that industry-recognized criteria for written testing materials, practical examinations, test administration, grading, facilities/equipment, and personnel have been met.  On or about March 7, 2025, at times prior thereto and at times thereafter, employees operated cranes without being certified by a testing body accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency.
