OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from struck by hazards:  (a) 5104 Old US 22, Hamburg, PA; in the big and small warehouse - On or about June 12, 2025, the load limit was not posted on any of the racking systems. Employees were exposed to crushed by and struck by hazards.  (b) 5104 Old US 22, Hamburg, PA; In the big and small warehouse - On or about June 12, 2025, the 3-tiered racking system in the small warehouse had a damaged horizontal cross bar and the vertical post next to the pallet of Pro Granular Limestone had corrosion damage at the footer in the big warehouse. Employees were exposed to crushed by and struck by hazards.  (c) 5104 Old US 22, Hamburg, PA; In the big and small warehouse - On or about June 12, 2025, the anchor plates were not bolted to the floor at any of the racking systems. Employees were exposed to crushed by and struck by hazards.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
