29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  (a) At the site, located at 9866 Gulf Blvd, Treasure Island, FL 33706, on or about 6/11/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees in a wooden box scaffolding attachment on a JLG 1055 Telehandler at the roof of a building approximately 34 ft above the ground were not provided with fall protection.
