29 CFR  1910.242(a): Hand and portable powered tools or equipment were not kept in safe condition:  (a) In the Mold Shop, located at 1018 Sawdust Trail, Kissimmee, FL, 34744, on or about 6/6/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that a DeWalt DWS780 Double Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw, Serial # 17545, used by employees to cut wood for concrete molds was not in safe condition, as the knob on the back of the saw used to lock the saw in place for angle cuts was not in working order.
