29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system; or, on roofs 50 feet or less in width, the use of a safety monitoring system alone:  a) 315 49th Street, Avalon, NJ - The employer allowed the employees to conduct roofing operations, approximately 32 feet above the ground, on a low slope roof and less than 50 foot wide, with no fall protection system and or safety monitor in place, thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. This condition was noted on or about June 11, 2025.  NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
