29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  At a temporary jobsite located at 4434 N. Sunny Ct. Wichita, Kansas, on or about June 9, 2025, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a pneumatic nail gun in that eye protection was not or utilized.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At a temporary jobsite located at 4434 N. Sunny Ct. Wichita, Kansas, on or about June 9, 2025, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 6 feet from the eave of the roof to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.
