29 CFR  1910.213(c)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:  (a) 11810 West High Street, Pottstown, PA 19464, shop floor: On or about June 16, 2025 - employees used Saw Stop table saws where the saw blade  was unguarded at the point of operation, exposing the operator/employee to an amputation hazard.  (b) 11810 West High Street, Pottstown, PA 19464, shop floor: On or about June 16, 2025 - employees used Powermatic table saw where the saw blade  was unguarded at the point of operation, exposing the operator/employee to an amputation hazard.  (c) 1810 West High Street, Pottstown, PA 19464, shop floor: On or about June 16, 2025 - employees used a Delta Rockwell table saw where the saw blade  was unguarded at the point of operation, exposing the operator/employee to an amputation hazard.  (d) 1810 West High Street, Pottstown, PA 19464, shop floor: On or about June 16, 2025 - employees used Jet table saw where the saw blade  was unguarded at the point of operation, exposing the operator/employee to an amputation hazard.

29 CFR  1910.213(p)(4): Belt sanding machinery was not provided with a guard at each nip point where the sanding belt ran onto a pulley, to prevent the operator's hands or fingers from coming into contact with nip points:   (a)1810 West High Street, Pottstown, PA 19464, shop floor: On or about June 16, 2025 - employees used a Crouch Oscillating Edge Sander lacking adequate methods of machine guarding at the belt pulleys which exposed them to ingoing nip points and rotating parts.
