29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) At lots 112-118, located at 7755 Spout Springs Rd, Flowery Branch, GA 30542: On or about 06/16/2025,  the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns and circular saws, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating these tools at 120 PSI engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:   a) At lots 112-118, located at 7755 Spout Springs Rd, Flowery Branch, GA 30542: On or about 06/16/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 5-feet, 10-inches to the lower concrete surface, in that employees were allowed to work from the top step and cap of a Werner 6-ft. stepladder to perform framing activities.
