29 CFR  1910.335(a)(1)(i):Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed:  a) On or about June 09, 2025, at 13750 W Colonial Dr., Suite 350, Winter Garden, FL 34787: an employee was exposed to electrical contact and ARC Flash hazards while performing testing on energized wire connections, in that personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, Insulated gloves with leather protectors and Arc-rated face shield or hood, was not used.
